Each online course includes reading assignments, audio presentations to highlight the topics most often tested, interactive exercises, and practice quizzes and exams designed to prepare you to pass the state licensing exam. Broker

Illinois law requires 90 hours of instructional training in order to qualify for a Broker's License. This license will allow you to represent buyers and sellers of real estate under the supervision of a Managing Broker. Our state-approved school will provide you with everything you need to satisfy the educational requirements and sit for the state exam.
