Managing Broker's are responsible for supervising the operations of the brokerage office and all brokers sponsored by that office. As a result, managing brokers must have additional education and a different license than brokers. Illinois law requires a managing broker to complete 30 hours of basic educational training and 15 hours of interactive coursework. Our real estate school provides all of the necessary classes and materials to satisfy the state requirements and allow you to sit for the Managing Broker's exam.
